Re-Enrollment for Private Lessons Spring 2025
Welcome to re-enrollment for Spring 2025 private lessons! We are so excited to continue our music making with all of you next year. Please take the time read the following information carefully, before completing the form at the bottom of the page:
We have automatically reserved space for all enrolled students until the end of the Spring Semester 2025, but we need confirmation and a payment of a deposit no later than December 9th to keep your space. Any lesson times that are not confirmed by this time will be offered to new students beginning December 10th.
Deposit/Tuition
All deposits, tuition, and payment plans will be charged using your payment method on file. To update your payment method, please sign in here, prior to re-enrolling. If you do not have a payment method on file, you cannot re-enroll. If your payment method on file is not active or is declined, you have not re-enrolled.
A non-refundable 5 class deposit per weekly lesson is due upon confirmation to continue to reserve your space.
Deposit (per weekly lesson):
30 minute: $375
45 minute: $562
60 minute: $750
If you want to pay tuition up front upon confirmation, you will receive a 5% discount.
Tuition or first payment of a payment plan (minus deposit) will be automatically charged on December 10th, using the payment method on file in Noto.
Sliding scale rates will continue as is. We are unable to offer sliding scale on deposits, but all deposits can be applied in full to a sliding scale rate.
Semester Calendars (NEW!)
This Spring, we will have two different semester calendars for our students to enroll in, reflecting different spring breaks and different semester end dates. These semesters are based on local school calendars. If neither calendar has the correct dates for your child’s spring breaks, please choose the one with the most correct end date and email us with the two weeks that you will be away for breaks, so we can customize your schedule. As much as we wish we could accomodate all special circumstances, we cannot customize any semester beyond two weeks of breaks, so please plan on attending or rescheduling all other lessons. Any remaining unused lessons at the end of the semester will be used to continue to support our sliding scale program. Thank you for understanding.

Please do not reach out via email with scheduling requests, unless it is to change information in a form you have already turned in! We have over 200 weekly students to re-enroll, so we want to be sure we have all needs and requests in one place, to eliminate confusion and mistakes!
If you email us with requests, but do not make a deposit and fill out the form, you have not reserved your time and it will be available to other students on December 10th, so please be sure to fill out the form!

Avenues Students After-School
To enroll in after-school lessons with us at Avenues you will need to participate in Avenues’ enrollment- not ours! If you want to switch from TPR lessons to lessons at Avenues, please go ahead and re-enroll with us AND reach out to Avenues, as we cannot guarantee availability at Avenues. If you are able to enroll at Avenues, we will refund your deposit!
Avenues will be solely responsible for maintaining your schedule and billing, so be sure to check with them with any questions you may have about these things, as we won’t be able to help you! But, feel free to swing by or email us to say hello, so we can get to know you.
